Room Rates

• Room Rates include a FULL breakfast of your choice for all the Guests residing in that room.

Check In Check Out

• Check In Policy - 12:00 am.
• Check Out Policy - 12:00 - Later Check Out is possible on request and subject to room availability and charges.
• 50% of the room charge if you require your room till 08:00 pm of the day of your check out.
• For Guests already staying with us, if you require your room after 20:00, we ask that you book an additional night.
• If you require access to your room before 08:00 am, please be sure to book the previous night.
• In case of early Check In, between 08:00 and 12:00, you may have to wait before existing Guests Check Out and your room is cleaned.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

• In order to confirm your booking we ask for a deposit payment of $50 prior to arrival at the time of booking.
• We will accept payment either through PayPal, Google Check Out or through Bank-Wire Transfer for US transfers.
• By paying your initial deposit you automatically agree to comply with our establishments policies & procedures. Moreover, it is the guests' responsibility to review our terms & conditions highlighted on our website prior to your stay with our B&B!

• Balance Payments may be made in cash in INR @ 50Rs/$USD exchange rate on departure or through PayPal or through Bank-Wire Transfer. Paypal transactions carry a 3% service fee which will be added to the total tariff.

• In case of cancellation we will refund in full your deposit if you notify us 21 business days prior to your planned date of arrival.
• No refund will be made in case of failure to notify regarding cancellation or a no show.
• Any DISCOUNTS offered are based on the number of rooms booked. They will NOT be honored if any changes are made to the room reservation.
• Moreover, these are at the sole discretion of the B&B establishment to withdraw the promotion with or without prior notice.
